Healthy Recipes to Make in Your Instapot

Probably my favorite kitchen gadget that we got for our wedding was our Instapot. In all honestly, I had no idea what it was before registering! I just knew I really wanted a crockpot, and it was the number one best seller in that category, so I didn't think anything of it.


But, seriously guys, that thing is absolutely amazing! I cook in it all the time! From cooking chicken, to making soups, there's literally so many recipes that you can make. And, you can totally make them healthy, for any of my wellness peeps out there.

I feel like I'm always on the go, which I mean, I work from home, but I really don't like spending a lot of time cooking. I usually make a bunch of things on Sunday to meal prep, and will heat up things for lunch and dinner throughout the week.


I don't know about you, but in the winter, I like cozy comfort foods. Anything from chili to sizziling fajitas will do the trick. AND you can make all of those right in the Instapot. I remember when my friend was telling me she cooks chicken in it in under 15 minutes and I knew I was going to love it! (Which I totally do!)
